Quality is basically costumer satisfaction.
But According to my professional experience. (Quality means working to make organization better) quality is reducing manufacturing cost with improving product efficiency and improving value of products in market against similar product.
              And quality is a first basic term for growing a business.

    Really quailty means control the west work in rejected PC's, and get the batter position in market by quality.....
